Mayor and Board of Aldermen

Mayor: Judy Stainback
417.882.9518Judy was elected mayor in April of 2006 after serving as Ward 3 aldermen since April of 2003. Judy and her family moved to Battlefield in December of 1986 after being transferred from Tulsa, OK. In 1994, after working fifteen years for IBM, Judy began a home-based business working as an independent grant writer and consultant in technology for public schools and non-profit agencies. Judy and husband Pete have two children and two grandchildren.

Alderman Ward 1: Stephen Esterline
Stephen moved to Battlefield with his wife Leann in October of 1985 and was elected to into Ward 1 position in 2008. Stephen has worked for O'reilly Auto for 27 years. On a personal note Stephen has 2 wonderful daughters and loves to BBQ in his spare time. One of Stephen's goal as Alderman is to see more community involvement.

Alderman Ward 1: Aaron Kruse
Aaron is our newest board member for Ward One. Aaron has lived in Battlefield for two years. He has also served in our community for the last five years as the Youth Pastor at one of our local churches.

Alderman Ward 2: Theresa Stockton
Theresa moved to Battlefield in 2006 with her family and was elected into Ward 2 position in 2008. Prior to the election, she served on the Park Board Committee for 4 months. She is currently working on her bachelors and works as a Credit Manager. Theresa enjoys spending time with her two children and working in her yard.

Alderman Ward 2: Tim Bair
417.886.1694Tim is currently serving Ward 2 as alderman for the second time since moving to Battlefield in 2002 with wife Jennifer and three children. First elected alderman in 2004, Tim volunteered to serve as mayor from June to August 2005. He has also held positions with the Economic Development Commission, Planning and Zoning Commission and the Advisory Park Board. Tim is in the restaurant management business.

Alderman Ward 3: Darrin Snodgrass
Darrin and his family have been residents of Battlefield for six years. Darrin was first appointed to fill a Ward 3 vacancy mid-term and then was elected to the Board in April 2003 and re-elected in 2005. He serves as the Police Department liaison from the Board of Aldermen. Darrin served in the Army for seven years and has eight years of law enforcement background and has recently completed an MBA.

Alderman Ward 3: Debra Hickey
417.882.2854A twenty year resident of Battlefield, Debbie joined the Board in December of 2005 to fill a vacancy and then was elected to serve in April of 2006. She is the Board of Alderman Liaison for the Advisory Park Board. Debbie works as Training Officer for the Springfield Public Schools Police Department. She enjoys spending time with her four children, 3 "in-law" children and five grandchildren.
