Fireworks
Section 210.680
- No person shall possess or set off any fireworks within the City limits except "consumer fireworks" as that term is defined in Section 320.106, RSMo., and no person may use or set off any consumer fireworks except during the time specified by this Section.
- Consumer fireworks may be used and set off only on the fourth (4th) of July of each calendar year and only between the hours of 10:00 A.M. to 12:00 Midnight on such day.
- Anyone who uses or sets off fireworks at any time shall be responsible for cleaning up and disposing of any debris which results from the use, setting off or explosion thereof.

(3) "Consumer fireworks", explosive devices designed primarily to produce visible or audible effects by combustion and includes aerial devices and ground devices, all of which are classified as fireworks, UNO336, 1.4G by regulation of the United States Department of Transportation, as amended from time to time, and which were formerly classified as class C common fireworks by regulation of the United States Department of Transportation;
